Web Design and Development
reachdigital offer a high level of creative web design backed up by our technical expertise in XHTML, CSS and Flash. Whether you have an existing brand or need to start from scratch reach can help you. All our sites are built to current web standards and are optimised for all browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome.
Your sites can be maintained by us or built with a content management system (CMS). CMS enables you to update and modify your own sites.
Content Management System
We can provide you with a bespoke content management system (CMS) allowing you to create the pages, text and images on your website. Our CMS is designed to be used by non technical people and any one with a basic understanding of computers should be able to update your site.
E-Brochures
E brochures are a cost effective way of producing brochures without committing to existing print costs. The pages are interactive and turn like a printed brochure (even featuring “page flipping sounds) with additional features such as zoom, print pages and download. We can create new ebrochures from scratch using the design skills of Reach Marketing or take your existing printed brochures and convert them into electronic brochures, e-catalogues, e-training manuals, or e-promotional brochures for you to display on your website, email to clients or supply on a USB drive or CD.

Email Marketing
We can provide email marketing solutions allowing you to communicate with your clients using fully branded HTML emailers. Just supply us a brief and the list of names you want to contact and we will design, produce and send out the emailer for you. Alternatively if you want to contact your clients on a regular basis we can provide you with your own emailer system.
After some simple training you will be able to create your own emailers using the custom created templates provided. After initial set up costs you can send out as many emails as you like for no further cost. The ‘easy to use’ statistics package allows you to track the success of your campaign.
Our templates are tested across all email software such as Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail and free email providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo and Google mail etc, so when the emailer arrives in your clients inbox it looks the same as it did when you sent it.
Web Based Surveys
We can provide a solution to easily create powerful web based surveys. Our system utilises ‘multiple deployment options’ which ensure people only receive emails their system can read. Emailed surveys can be linked to our site or embedded into your website. In either case you will have access to in-depth reports.
We can provide you will fully branded survey templates, keeping your surveys consistent with your other marketing materials. After initial set up costs you can create as many surveys as you like for no further cost (there may be a limit on how many live surveys you have running at any one time). Alternatively, reachdigital can create and host your surveys for you, allowing you to pay for surveys as and when you need them.
Domain Registration
Domain names are the address people use to find you on the internet. Your domain name can be the name of your company or contain key words related to your business. We can register multiple domains for you and point them to one website, so you may want to have both types of domain name.
Your address should be short and easy to remember – people may see it on the side of a van or on a poster so don’t make it too complicated. Even if you aren’t going to have a web site you should consider a domain name so you can set up a professional sounding email address rather than using web mail or ISP provided email accounts eg @btconnect.com.
Hosting
You website will require hosting – the hosting is the physical space where the files and software than run your site are saved. We can provide hosting on our virtual private servers. We can offer the most appropriate package to suit your needs.
Reporting
All our sites are installed with website statistics software. We can produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and help you understand what the figures mean.
