Web Designer
Reach Marketing has a vacancy for a web designer to join our multi-media department. We are a full service agency and offer a broad range of services including marketing, new media design, graphic design, advertising, event management and media buying. We are based in Leicester City Centre.
The ideal candidate will have commercial experience and strong creative skills with an understanding of technical building of sites and graphics. You should have a clear understanding of W3C WAI guidelines. Experience of search engine optimisation, pay per click and online advertising is also desirable. The role will involve building and maintaining sites, creating flash animations, interactive campaigns and emailers, designing and building banners.
You will need strong skills in:
XHTML
CSS
Photoshop (CS2/3)
Flash (CS2/3)
Dreamweaver (CS2/3)
And a working knowledge of:
JavaScript
PHP
MySQL
Additional skills that would be an advantage:
Final Cut Pro Studio, DVD Studio Pro or Director
iwork Keynote
Server, domain set up and hosting services

Freelance graphic/multi media designers
We are looking to build up our freelance graphic and multimedia design resource to support our busy full time design team. We need a responsive, capable and reliable set of professionals who understand our work, processes and aims - on and offline.
We require a complete range of freelance designers from middleweight to creative able to enhance our delivery at all levels from artworking to creative. You should have a minimum of three years genuine studio or freelance experience. Graphic designers should be fluent in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat. Multi-media designers must be fluent in Flash, XHTML, CSS and Photoshop, a knowledge of PHP, Dreamweaver and good understanding of MySQL.
Ideally we prefer designers able to work in-house though we recognise that distance working will be considered.
